Skill Power Cost Calculation
Usage of a skill in the game usually costs a certain number of Skill Power Cost Points worth of Power. This is a value which is set in the skill's configuration. Skill Power Cost Points can be set for Cost Over Time, for channeled skills, and/or as a single Cost which is normally the case.
Skill Power Cost is derived from the Energy Progression. It's 16% of the progression's value (rounding occurs). For comparison: the Power stat on items is at 100% and Power in traits/effects is at 66.66%.
Resulting values are rounded for display purposes and for reduction of complexity. Channeled Cost, as an exception, is always rounded down (floored).
The highest skill power cost points used is currently 30. Like for: Mearas-lore and Riding Companion: War Wolf (both Lore-master Mounted Skills)

With the Lua plugin CalcStat, skill power cost can be calculated for each level by using the expression @SkillPowerCost#, with $N representing the number of Skill Power Cost Points.
