The Sharkey Half-orc Tribe
The Sharkey Half-orcs live all over Eriador, with a few in Rhovanion, specifically The Gladden Fields. They are not the official force of Saruman, they are the troops he deposits as brigands to sap trade and resources. They will attack on sight if they view you as an easy or worthful score.
