Hastened Determination in the Cleansing Flame trait tree reduces the cooldown of this skill by up to 15 seconds and removes the induction at max rank.
Tracery Interactions
- Self Motivation Cooldown & Power Restore decreases the cooldown of this skill by up to 33s and increases the power restore by up to 11%.
Tactical Information
When all traits and traceries are upgraded to max rank and tier, this skill provides the Rune-keeper with a powerful self-heal that can be used on the move with a short cooldown (12 seconds). If not traited for the heal, it remains a power restore, and is often used in this state by healing Rune-keepers, who often struggle with maintaining Power.
