Rousing Words to the fellowship within 20m. Fellows who are affected for all 5 ticks of the HoT gain a tier of 
Writ of Health.

Armour Set Interactions
Equipping 2 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Sooth-sayer armour set acquired from the Depths of Mâkhda Khorbo Raid increases the duration of Writ of Health by 4 seconds.
Tactical Information
This skill is your best AoE HoT skill and helps maintain stacks of Writ of Health on the fellowship. Importantly, note that if Glorious Foreshadowing is traited, Rousing Words does not tier up the effect; only Writ of Health does this.
