Description
This buff is found on White Stag Bulls and Fleetfoot Deer in Enedwaith.
Effect Relationship
Fighting an enemy with this buff means that you will receive one of the following three debuffs, depending on the nature of your first attack:
Melee:
Unsteady Hands -25% Melee damage
Ranged:
- Shakey Arms +100% All skill inductions
Tactical:
Unfocused Concentration +100% Tactical skills power cost
