The Rashat-hai tribe is signature because of their widespread use of human face-plates as masks. They also ware large white hair beards in a fan below their chin . They live East Rohan, the Blackroot Vale, near Dunharrow, and such areas, seeking to create chaos and death that represents their worldview.
