Ranger's Cloak

 Granted for taking part in the Beta for Mines of Moria, the Ranger's Cloak features the three mountaintops dear to the Dwarves, and tengwar.

Alas, the skin's on the wrong way, and the writing doesn't make much sense.

By flipping it, though...

The word is written in Sindarin tehta mode, spelling out Sidhebdir.

Formed apparently by combining the words sidh + heb + dir (peace + keep/retain + 'doer'), the meaning becomes Peacekeeper.
