Ranged Damage is damage dealt with a ranged weapon or with a skill of type Ranged: it's based on Weapon DPS.
Outgoing Ranged Damage can be increased by increasing Physical Mastery Rating.
Incoming Ranged Damage can be reduced by increasing Physical Mitigation.
