Description

Rósar is the Forge-master of Thorin's Hall - The Forging Hall. He keeps the renowned weaponsmith Wafi company and helps his clients with forging quests.

A Forge-master can reforge and rename Legendary Items.

Every five character levels, a Legendary item can be reforged at a forge-master, raising its item level, DPS (or Tactical Damage Rating, Tactical Healing Rating, or Incoming Healing Rating depending on the item), and sometimes unlocking additional Tracery slots. This is also your opportunity to rename your Legendary item.
