Effects
Using this skill applies Quite a Snag and Rooted for 15 seconds to the enemy target. Damage has a 25% chance to break the Rooted effect. Upon Critical Hit, this skill additionally applies The Mischief-maker to the Burglar.
Trait Interactions
- The trait Vital Points in the Quiet Knife trait tree makes this skill have up to a 45% chance to apply Vital Points to the enemy target.
- The set bonus Location is Everything in the Quiet Knife trait tree increases the damage of this skill by 10% and makes it ignore 1% of the enemy block/parry/evade.
- The trait Dance of Blades in the Quiet Knife trait tree increases the damage of this skill by up to 10%.
