Quest Talk:Wanted Pebbles

Not entirely sure about the mechanics of this quest being available but I have noticed the following, and it might be something to add to the walkthrough:

1) After the weekly reset, the quest doesn't show up as available on Mozhek until after you select one of the RIs to start. Thereafter on subsequent days, you can pick up the pebbles quest before picking an RI.

2) It seems there are only X completions per week as after I've done my weekly RI (Final) the Pebbles quest is not available again until the weekly reset.
