Here is the old dialogue of Stóthkell:
- Ah, I fear you have wasted your time coming here, <player name>. With the way shut, we shall have no problems with the Orcs. Those witless fools have no chance of forcing this door open.
- I wish I could see the look on Amukh's face. Amukh is a goblin who has crafted many foul blades for his Orc masters, but has boasted that his work is as good as dwarf-make! The fool goblin even thought to claim these dwarf works for his own foul purposes! As long as I draw breath, that shall never happen!
- Stóthkell says, "This is some devilry from Amukh! Quick, protect the forges!"
Here is the old dialogue when the skirmish via the Epic questline is finished:
- I am mortified, <player name>. My pride nearly lead to Zigilburk being lost to us! If it were not for you and your companions, we would not have withstood this day.
- You have my sincerest thanks. You are a true dwarf-friend.

In-game typo
In the final assault the quest log mentions "...the Deep-way," instead of the Heart of Fire.
