Quest Talk:Mission: The Further Adventures of Bilbo Baggins, Chapter 10

This page has a couple of references which were not linkable because, to my surprise, there are no existing wiki pages for them (at least, none that I could find).

Should there be pages for:

  • Knockback (the attack mechanic), and
  • Sting (the magical weapon that is significant in Tolkien lore)

??

Also, in the Walkthrough, I mention a couple of facets of the final boss fight, with a warning that they could be considered exploits. I consider these scenarios obvious -- what could be more obvious than, as in the second example, running back through an instance, if one is having trouble with a boss? -- but given the possibility that they are exploits, should they not be mentioned at all, on the wiki? I should note that a character can't even get to Chapter 10 without having succeeded at greater challenges than Thakufak, in previous chapters, so the likelihood that anyone would need these "exploits" are fairly slim. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Egarthur (Contribs • User Talk) at 16 May 2021‎.

In my opinion knockback is pretty self explanatory, contrary to some other combat 'states' it does not have an effect which is why i guess there was not a need for having a page, however it is in the Game Terms.
I'm not a lore person, tried to find references to Sting and it seems to have no significant appearance in the game, its mostly just mention in some lore texts.
About the "exploits", in my opinion they are not exploits, enemies get stuck on terrain all the time, big enemies getting stuck on doors is nothing new. If i recall the mission correctly, i don't think it is faster to leave and come back just to get it stuck on the door. On the other hand i think there is no need to mention it, the relevant part is that he can't knock you off the ledge.--Drono (talk) 07:05, 18 May 2021 (UTC)
