I was just watching a play-through of this, and the player was "incapacitated" just as Morguldur was about to be defeated: while he retreated, the rangers accompanying him finished Morguldur off before he could get back into the action. Probably. If you check the movies available at your login screen is it available? If not, you will have to re-run the instance to actually get it unlocked. You can always try a GM ticket.
