There is a second starter for this quest: Man of Gondor ^{[65.6S, 16.3W]}, just outside the main gate to Minas Tirith.

Bestowal Dialogue:

'How fares Osgiliath and the Causeway Forts? I have seen few survivors! There may still be men out there!'

You will automatically travel outside the Causeway Forts on the Pelennor Fields when you accept this quest.
