The woman is found at 32.6S, 55.9W. The birds can be pulled a pair at a time. After you kill them the woman becomes angry and attacks.

OK, so we have three candidates: the above (by Woecat) suggests ^{[32.6S, 55.9W]}, the Walkthrough on the page says ^{[32.7S, 55.8W]}, and the page for Andraste herself says ^{[32.8S, 56.0W]}.
