Quest Talk:A Wounded Soldier

I did the Thornhope quests today. I got the quest to find the survivors, but none of the survivors offered me a quest when I approached them, and Béortnoth had nothing more for me after completing the initial round of quests. Having done the Thornhope series before (quite some time ago), it seemed and felt odd to have found the survivors and then left them to fend for themselves. I was trying to get rep for the Hytbold quest line and was disappointed to find that 2/3 of the quests had gone poof.

Does anyone know what's up with that? Did they just remove them? Or should I report it as a bug?
