Walkthrough & Notes

This quest is bestowed when a Treasure Bugan appears in a scaling instance during the Treasure Bugan Event. See the event page for locations. The Treasure Bugan must be defeated within 60 seconds after it spawns, or it will flee. This quest will not bestow if the instance was started on a level below the character's. This quest has a cooldown of 5 minutes that has no visual indication, so do not start a new instance until this cooldown has expired or else you won't receive this quest. The easiest way to complete this quest solo is to switch between instances like Sword-hall of Dol Guldur (walk up to the end of the Arena) and Flight to the Lonely Mountain (go right after entering the gate) until your reach your Instance Limit. These instances do not require combat to reach a Treasure Bugan, and are fast to complete without making use of  Theodore Gorse's Lucky Feather.
