Bestowal dialogue

'It would appear our efforts have stirred Ringdagnir, a very large winter-worm. Until his attacks are curbed, there is no hope for my bath.

'Will you do this one more thing for me? Will you defeat Ringdagnir and end the threat of the winter-worms?

'You can find Ringdagnir on the westside of the hot springs near Zigilgund.'

Background

The root of the problem with the great winter-worms which have been attacking the dwarf-canals seems to lie with a particularly vicious worm dubbed Ringdagnir.

Objective 1

Ringdagnir can be found on the westside of the hot springs near Zigilgund.

Weth has asked you to defeat the great winter-worm Ringdagnir.

Weth: 'What are you doing here? Ringdagnir is not going to leave on his own, you know. Go down to where the water steams and drive him out!'

Objective 2

  • Return to Weth with news of your success

Weth can be found in Zigilgund, south of thermal vents.

You have defeated the great worm Ringdagnir. Weth will be pleased with you.

Weth: 'Bless you, <name>! Thanks to you, I have a fighting chance of finally soaking the cold out of my old bones and the grime from off my skin!
'To the bathing-chamber!
'Oh...and please, take this as a reward.'
