Locations for the hog's blood tend to be located near those of dôlas, the furthest from the entrance is [38.9S, 75.8W], from which you'll need to travel South and West to get back towards the trigger point for quest advancement.

Bestowal Dialogue The Ordâkhai are a fearful people. Many of them have heard a story since they were children of a blood-stained spectre who steals the life right from the Men of the south when they sleep. We believe you can be that spectre to them, to ignite their fears. Background Your mission is infiltrate the Ekhamâti camp, steal their torches, spill hog's blood, and eliminate their dôla all to spread the fear of the Blood Spectre.
