Click the Sigil of Orthanc icon in the quest tracker or in your inventory to deconstruct it. The Sigil of Orthanc is removed from your inventory and you receive a Orthanc Sigil-fragment This quest auto-completes.

Bestowal dialogue 'My kindred wish to offer you this Sigil of Orthanc, imbued with ancient power. You may use the forge over there to deconstruct this Sigil, which may grant you a Sigil-fragment that the merchants may take in trade for a powerful necklace. 'Take this Sigil and deconstruct it at the ancient forge of the Númenóreans.' Background The Ox-clan merchants offered you a gift to aid you in your efforts against Saruman...and the knowledge to use it. Objective 1 Use the Sigil of Orthanc in your inventory The ancient forge of the Númenóreans is at the Ox-clan encampment in Nan Curunír. Andras gave you a worn Sigil of Orthanc and told you to deconstruct it at the ancient forge of the Númenóreans. You shatter the Sigil and find an Orthanc Sigil-fragment!
