Bestowal dialogue This strange puddle of fetid liquid may hold some clue as to the corruption occuring in the Lich Bluffs. The Ranger Mincham might have further insight on the origins of this strange, foul liquid. Background You have taken a sample of a strange fetid liquid from outside one of the barrows in the Lich Bluffs. Objective 1 Talk to Mincham in the Lich Bluffs Mincham's camp is located north and west of the main road, in the north-west portion of the Lich Bluffs. You should return to Mincham and provide him with a sample of the foul liquid that you have recovered. Mincham: 'The place where you found this horrific liquid bodes ill for all. I fear that this might be one of the instruments that some darker force is employing to raise the wights in the area. 'My hope is that we can locate an intact phial of this liquid so we may discern its origins.'
