Walkthrough & Notes

The Never-ending Twist only applies to the spider nests, with one set of 3 spiders spawning approximately 7-8 seconds after the defeat of the previous set, indefinitely, from the time the character approaches the nest. When the spider nest is destroyed, any existing spiders associated with the nest will despawn, so generally it is more efficient to target only the nest, and ignore the spiders, if possible. Nests can be identified easily on the radar display, since they will always have a tight cluster of 3 enemies around them. There are also stray spiders throughout the map; these are not associated with any quest objects and can be dealt with normally, or bypassed. After completing your objectives, there is a limited time (2 minutes) before you will be automatically ejected from the instance. You need to find and open the "Mission Reward" chest before this happens. Defeating more enemies does not reset the timer!

Objective 1 Mine crystals The cave trembles as you remove the crystal from the earth. Objective 2 Mine crystals (1/12) Destroy Crystal Spider Nests (0/8) 8 MISSION COMPLETE! A dwarf scout has arrived to escort you back to the halls of Máttugard Objective 3 Talk to Hórin The mission is complete! Speak to Hórin for your reward! Dwarf-scout: 'Great work, <name>! Let's get all of those crystals back to base!'
