"With nothing else to stall it, the deliberations of the Elves' Council of War may begin. Take the place you have truly earned among them."
Background
Glorfindel is come to the Council of War in the Court of Lothlórien. You, too, are expected to join them.
Objective 1
Glorfindel waits for you to approach the council.
- Glorfindel: 'Gi suilon! They are waiting for us. Come!'
Objective 2
It is time to approach the Council of War.
- Celeborn says, "Welcome, Glorfindel. We have awaited your coming."
- Glorfindel says, "I was delayed, but for reasons I hoped were worth it, and indeed, they were."
Objective 3
You and Glorfindel have joined the Council of War. Talk to him to hear of the text he recovered.
- Glorfindel: 'As you are aware, I have recovered a text of the words uttered by Gil-galad long ago. I will speak only little of what was written, which pertains to what is now coming to pass:
- 'When the lights first fades from the Golden Wood, then the Shadow in the Green Wood may be torn down. But if the Shadow be torn down, faster shall the Golden Wood fade.
- 'I think the words are clear, and though it may give us great sorrow, still we know what course we must take.'
Objective 4
Hear what Galadriel has to say of the prophecy.
- Galadriel: 'It is just as we saw in my Mirror, <name>. There can be no doubt in the matter now. It is decided.
- 'Take your place. I will address the Council of War.'
Objective 5
- Hear Galadriel's pronouncement
Galadriel will now address the Council of War.
- It is thanks to you that this council is complete. Our grim purpose is within our grasp: the bow is drawn, the arrow nocked.
- When the moment is right, it shall be loosed.
