Walkthrough & Notes

This quest is automatically bestowed when entering Fangorn's Edge at Tier 2 difficulty. Four Huorns are on the path through the instance. Each will trigger once players approach and begin fighting a large number of Orcs and Uruks. Without drawing enemies off of them, they will die very quickly. Another four Huorns surround Undúrz. During the fight with Undúrz, waves of Orcs will periodically spawn and attack the Huorns. The Huorns shuffle away and despawn after defeating Undúrz. The three Ents Broadlimb, Greybough, and Twigfoot are mobs that can aggro and be attacked by players. However, they prefer to attack the spawning Orcs. In order to complete the challenge, they must not be defeated.

Quest Text
Background Fangorn is inhabited by the Ents, ancient tree-herders who lived in that part of Middle-earth long before any other living creature. Objective 1 Save Fangorn from Saruman's army Do not let any of the Ents or Huorns perish While protecting Fangorn from Saruman's forces, you must not let any of the Ents die. These ancient tree-herders must survive at all costs.
