The rare flower can be found in The Blooming Fens. [34.9S, 11.5W] It is reached by travelling along switchback trails all the way down the mountain and into Tal Bruinen, then travelling back to the objective along the shoreline. Canaddal is at Scout's Camp (High Moor) in the High Moor. [34.7S, 9.6W]

Bestowal dialogue 'Pelts and meat are all necessary for our visiting travelers, but we would be remiss if we sent them away without medicines. Along the Bruinen below there is a place called the Blooming Fens. A rare flower grows there which is purported to have wondrous healing properties. It is not athelas, mind you, but it would serve better than most herbs. 'Would you travel to the fens and bring me that flower? Be careful, for bog-lurkers dwell there, and they have become wild in recent days.' Background A rare flower grows in a place along the Bruinen called the Blooming Fens, a place where bog-lurkers dwell. The flower is most beautiful and purported to have wondrous healing properties. Objective 1 Collect the rare flower In the Blooming Fens, a rare flower needed for medicines can be found. Canaddal asked you to bring him the rare flower found in the Blooming Fens along the Bruinen river. Objective 2 Bring the rare flower to Canaddal Cannadal is posted at the head of the path leading into the High Moor, high above the Blooming Fens. You should bring the flower you collected to Canaddal at once. Canaddal: 'Indeed, this flower is wondrous fair to look upon. Thank you, <name>. I am certain our friends will appreciate your efforts.'
