Walkthrough & Notes

Three Oliphaunts will spawn and begin to approach the wall. The first/lead Oliphaunt cannot be killed by any means. The other two need to be killed with the catapult on top of the tower. Crank three times and aim in the middle. One shot should kill both. Enemies will come in through the tower windows to attack the wounded soldiers and supplies. They only spawn two at a time and will aggro on your character as you start to dps them. Place a trip wire in front of the first two soliders if you can, and a bear trap when the cooldown runs out. If you have a ranged character, in between waves of these attackers you can face towards the main battle and dps the first siege tower grappling hook without moving too far away from the side quest. Injured soldiers who take damage can be healed by healing classes.

Background Men of Harad have sent their Mûmakîl towards the towers of Minas Tirith. Although they cannot damage the wall directly, they afford Southron archers and warriors a better foothold into our defences. Objective 1 Defeat the Mûmakîl (0/4) Defeat the Mûmakîl before they can enable the Haradrim to seize the towers of Minas Tirith. Merit Rating This quest starts with empty Merit Rating.
