Bestowal Dialogue 'I do not like it here, surrounded by these wights. They are ghastly, but Nabatínu insists they are what keep us hidden. The Ordâkhai dare not come here to the Mashâli Barrens for fear of them, and says the mindless things unk nowingly protect us! 'The wights are just as likely to kill us as the Ordâkhai, so I do not know how this is better. It does seem to me, though, that these wights shy away from fire. I cannot help but wonder if placing burning torches at the crypt entrances would keep them confined and away from our camp. 'Would you try it? Three torches at the entrances to the three main crypts should do.' Background Evil spirits possess the bodies of the Dead throughout the barrens of north-east An Shêru, causing them to rise and walk again. The Jatsakóri have been using their presence as an effective shield to hide from their Ordâkhai former masters. Objective 1 Place torches near the crypt entrances (0/9) Gíshgi is uncomfortable with the nearby wights. She has a theory that they may fear flames enough that placing lit torches at the entrances to the crypts would keep the wights within, and has asked you to try it. There are crypt entrances at Gadim-ûn, Naxar Dâl, and the Crypts of Khâb Daku in north-eastern An Shêru. You should return to Gíshgi in Gadim-ûn and tell her of your success. Gíshgi: 'I am glad you have not joined the unliving! Did you place the torches?' You tell her you did. 'We will wait and see if it helps contain them. Whether it does or not, I am grateful to you.'
