This effect appears on yourself inside Barad Guldur, during the Lieutenant of Dol Guldur fight, as soon as the fellbeast is chasing you (you will get a yellow-eye symbol above your head). It means that you should kite the fellbeast around, for as soon as it gets too close it will bite you, resulting in it healing itself.
