Effect Information
Using the skill 
Power of Destruction applies this effect to the enemy target while channeling and when 6 pieces of the Umbari Armour of the Sudden Squall armour set are equipped.
The trait 
Fierce Lightning in the Master of Nature's Fury trait tree makes this effect have up to a 100% chance to apply Fierce Lightning to all nearby targets with every tick.
