Skill Information
This effect is gained when you have stayed in the aura created by Symphony of the Hopeful Heart for 6 seconds. Upon leaving the hotspot, you will gain Piercing Finale.
Notes
If you gain Piercing Finale, entering the hotspot again will immediately clear the buff, and you will need to wait 6 seconds to receive Piercing Overture again.
