The Power Restore on Reactions legacy would increase the power returned on a parry by up to 300%.
Tactical Information
Restored a very small amount of power when the Guardian parries an attack. The restoration started at around 3-4 when the trait becomes available, capping out at 12 when the Guardian attained level 75.
With the Power Restore on Reactions belt legacy, the Guardian would receive a much more reasonable amount of power from this trait. While the amount restored was still small, it could be useful for the soloing Guardian in situations where they will be fighting many enemies at once.
