Narthavron is a master smith of the Noldor, and is committed to purging the corruption of Mordor. He with at the Udûn Foothold in Udûn on the Plateau of Gorgoroth along with the first Gondorian parties to enter after the fall of the Black Gate.

He was also present during the War of the Last Alliance in the Second Age, and once could be found in Echad-in-Edhil, in Mordor Besieged.
