This is a permanent effect applied to the Champion when specialized in the Martial Champion. In addition to granting mitigations, this effect has a chance to generate additional Fervour, reflect damage, and passively gain threat.
The trait 
Masochism Increase increases the proc chance of this effect by 10% and the damage reflect potency by 20%.
