Target Priority Skill Cooldown.
Traits
The trait Target Priority Skill Cooldown reduces the cooldown of this skill to 30 seconds at max rank.
Effects
This skill marks an enemy such that nearby NPCs will attack it. It does not always work though, in contrast to the commander's Target Priority.
