Effect Information

Using the skill  Lingering Wound applies or tiers up this effect on the enemy target, up to 3 times.

When  Cutting Wound is traited,  Low Cut also applies or tiers up this effect on all targeted enemies.

When  Wounded Prey is traited,  Huntsman's Shot consumes all stacks of this effect from the enemy target, dealing bonus damage for each stack consumed.
