Effect Information
The Lore-master can gain and consume this effect when 
Storm and Staff is traited.
Every 15 seconds, the Lore-master gains 1 stack of this ability. The Lore-master gains additional stacks for every Critical hit of 
Lightning Storm.
While at least 1 stack of this effect is applied to the Lore-master, the skill 
Staff Strike is replaced with 
Lightning-charged Staff Strike.
Using Lightning-charged Staff Strike consumes 1 stack of this effect.
