Healing Amount Change?

Is it just me or have the amounts of morale and power restored been reduced? After revisiting the potion details, my values are slightly lower than what I recorded. If this is the case, the recorded values need to be revised. <br\> Edit: Concerning the healing amount change, all values recorded before Update 8.1 (?) have been lowered post-Update 8.1 .--UserABC (talk)

Base name change

From everything I can find, this item is now a "Rejuvenation Potion." The "Universal Healing Potion" name has apparently been eliminated, except for items possibly stored in people's vaults.

Accordingly, I have reversed the base name and the re-direct.
