Ground the task out in around an hour spread across 2 days. Was on a hunter so I could at least use Passage of Nature to find the leeches continuously. By killing enough leeches to get 10 of the task items I also got 80 Great Filth/74 Monstrous Filth/12 Great Goo/15 Monstrous Goo/14 Monstrous Membranes/28 Bubbling Droplets/31 Corrosive Droplets. That's 264 item drops total, so probably around 80-120 mobs killed. --Rimalathion (talk) 20:15, 23 March 2025 (UTC)
