Effect Information
This effect is applied by a Puddle dropped by Sakhârshag in the Legacy of Morgoth 6-Man Instance Nirgambâr, the Restless Tomb.
The Puddles are created by 2 abilities: Ichor, which creates a Puddle underneath the Tank, and Weeping Ichor, which grants 
Weeping Ichor to a random Player, and drops a Puddle underneath them upon expiration of the effect.
The duration of these Puddles is altered depending on the Tier:
- Tier 1: 20s
- Tier 2: 40s
- Tier 3: 60s
