Equipping both pieces of the Insignia of the Shagâni Cave Matron jewellery set acquired from the Legacy of Morgoth instances reduces the cooldown of this skill by 10 seconds and makes Hurricane increase melee damage by 50%.
Tactical Information
Hurricane is one of the Beorning's strongest defensive cooldown. In most cases, it is weaker than Thickened Hide, but takes the advantage when fighting a lot of enemies whose attacks can be blocked, parried, or evaded.
