Note: the effective minimum level is 20, since no books currently exist with a lower minimum level to equip. Lower-level books could be added to the game in the future.

Books provide beneficial stats and effects for Hunters and most are crafted by Scholars:

• Whisper-draw books add to maximum Morale and reduce Threat
• Wind-rider books add to maximum Power and reduce power costs of bow skills

Additionally, a Finely-bound Tome of the Veteran Hunter can be bartered from a Pelennor Rewards Vendor, with a token from the Throne of the Dread Terror raid. Minimum equip level for the item is level 105.
