Description
Horse was found at Elrond's Stables, west-most of Rivendell.
Its description read: "One of the Elves' horses that can guide you to the encampment in the High Moor."
Meaning, a click on this horse gave an instant ride to the High Moor, [34.7S, 9.7W]
at the camp of Ringhul and Canaddal.
