+40% Chance for Brutal Assault to cause a bleed on your targets
+6% Bleed Damage

+60% Chance for Brutal Assault to cause a bleed on your targets
+9% Bleed Damage
 
Rank 4
+80% Chance for Brutal Assault to cause a bleed on your targets
+12% Bleed Damage
 
Rank 5
+100% Chance for Brutal Assault to cause a bleed on your targets
+15% Bleed Damage
