General Information
This skill is available in an Event Quickslot after passing though a square in front of Glorfindel during the last boss fight in the raid instance The Temple of Utug-bûr - Inner Sanctum. Keep in mind, only 1 player can pick up this skill.
Additional Information
While standing close to Glorfindel this skill can be used to one-shot Blisters of Dread and Blisters of Despair while fighting Sagush and Thahar. Using this skill additionally removes all stacks of 
Bound by Shadow and 
Plagued from players.
