Tactical Information
Red Captain's version of Gallant Display is a strong AoE damage skill, and should be used frequently. As long as the Captain is not having Power issues, this skill should be used at least once every 12s to maintain the Gallant Display effect. Captains generally use this skill when all other main damage skills are on cooldown.
