Effect Information

This effect is applied on Sakhârshag in the Legacy of Morgoth 6-Man Instance Nirgambâr, the Restless Tomb.

Starting shortly into the fight, this effect is tiered up on the Boss every set interval of time depending on the tier of the instance:

Tier 1: every 15s

Tier 2: every 11s

Tier 3: every 8s

When Sakhârshag hits a target with Great Slam, it consumes all stacks of this effect. On Tier 3, it only consumes 1 stack.
