Frenzied Stormwings can be found in the skirmish Stand at Amon Sûl.
Their level and stats scale to match the level and tier of the skirmish. They come in several difficulty ratings, depending on the skirmish's fellowship size:
- Weak Frenzied Stormwing (Swarm)
- Hale Frenzied Stormwing (Normal)
- Hardy Frenzied Stormwing (Signature)
- Strong Frenzied Stormwing (Elite)
- Staunch Frenzied Stormwing (Elite Master)
- Mighty Frenzied Stormwing (Nemesis)
