Frenzied Ruin-archers can be found with the end boss Narudúr in the skirmish Stand at Amon Sûl.
Their level and stats scale to match the level and tier of the skirmish. They come in several difficulty ratings, depending on the skirmish's fellowship size:
- Weak Frenzied Ruin-archer (Swarm)
- Hale Frenzied Ruin-archer (Normal)
- Hardy Frenzied Ruin-archer (Signature)
- Strong Frenzied Ruin-archer (Elite)
- Staunch Frenzied Ruin-archer (Elite Master)
