• You feel as though you could dance through the battlefield.
• +5% Run Speed
  -5% Attack Duration
  -5% All Skill Durations

Skill Relationship

If  Fleetness is selected as the Recruit Defeat Effect in the Vanguard panel, this effect will occasionally activate on the player during Epic Battles after defeating Recruit-type mobs.
